Compassionate Care for the Elderly-Presented by Holly Dabelko-Schoeny, MSW, PhD
Associate Professor, College of Social Work at The Ohio State University

Elders are often misunderstood and under served when it comes to mental health treatment. Holly will lead us through the basics of competent and compassionate care and a discussion of how to incorporate the population into our mental health practices.

 
Location: Blackburn Community Center 263 Carpenter St. Columbus, OH 43205 on May 23rd from 6 -8 PM.
 
This training is free and open to Social Workers, MFTs, and community members. EAGALA members, Social Workers and Counselors will recieve 2 CEU’s for participation.
