There was something I started noticing in all of the conversations I was having about horses whether it was with accomplished horse trainers, new barn volunteers or my friends that like to trail ride on vacations. None of them were desiring to simply control the horses. They wanted something more. They wanted conversation and connection. They wanted disobedience to make sense. They wanted to feel the relationship was solid and secure.
Most of us look for answers by looking at the horses. What if you looked inside yourself instead?
Learn how mindfulness and skillsets from the Eagala model of therapy can improve your relationships with horses professionally and recreationally. All skill levels are welcome.
Please dress to be outside and around horses. Close toed shoes are required.
