Expressive Arts Summer Group

Take Pause. Be Present. Explore Self Discovery.

The group will focus on learning to express emotions in healthy ways through art, building positive connections with peers and practicing emotional regulation. Groups are typically 6 weeks long with lessons that build off the previous week.
